Messaging Terms

Updates to Messaging Terms

Showcase DXB may modify or discontinue our messaging program at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of these updates.

Vendor Terms

Liability for Inventory

We take reasonable measures to keep your items organized and secure, but Showcase DXB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged inventory. For concerns, contact help@showcasedxb.com.

Supplies Fee

Weekly Deduction:

A nominal weekly fee will be deducted from your earnings to cover essential supplies such as tags, hangers, and display materials.

Commission & Fees

Earnings Breakdown:

  • Vendors keep 80% of the total sale price of their items.

  • Showcase DXB retains 20% as a service fee.

Payment Processing Fees:

Any applicable processing fees (e.g., credit card fees) will be split accordingly:

  • Vendors cover 80% of the processing fees.

  • Showcase DXB covers 20% of the processing fees.

Payouts

Payment Schedule

Vendor earnings will be processed within 3-5 business days after the final selling date. Payments will be issued via bank transfer. Vendors must ensure their payment details are correct and notify us of any changes.

Unclaimed Inventory

If unsold items are not collected by the designated deadline, they may be donated.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Vendors may reschedule their booth rental for a future date at no extra cost if requested at least 48 hours before their scheduled start.

  • Booth rental fees are non-refundable, but vendors may cancel their reservation at any time.

First-Time Vendor Guarantee

For first-time bookings, Showcase DXB offers a risk-free policy: if your 80% commission earnings do not exceed the cost of your booth, we will cover the difference. This guarantee applies only to your first booking.

Management Authority

Showcase DXB reserves the right to remove any items from the sales floor at our discretion, including for policy violations or inappropriate content. No compensation will be provided in these cases.

Discounts & Promotions

Showcase DXB may offer storewide discounts or promotional deals to boost foot traffic and drive overall sales. Any discounts applied will affect the total commission for the sale and not just the vendor’s portion. These promotions are designed to benefit vendors by increasing visibility and sales potential.

General Policies

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Full Agreement

This document represents the complete agreement between the vendor and Showcase DXB. No verbal or written agreements outside of these terms will be binding unless formally documented and signed by both parties.

Policy Updates

Showcase DXB reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to vendors and will apply to future transactions.

By listing items with Showcase DXB, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
